THEFT PROBLEM
September 27, 2022I usually don't write reviews but avoid this property at all costs! There is trash and poop littered everywhere leaving it very smelly. There is a HUGE theft problem. I wasn't there for a full two months yet and my bicycle got stolen off my balcony and not once but twice my motorcycle was messed with. Someone tried to jam something in the ignition on 2 different occasions leaving it undrivable both times. MICE ISSUES
November 23, 2021I never write reviews but I decided to make a review for this apartment because maybe I can help one or two people from making the same mistake I did. Don’t let the nice modern look fool you, I’ve had appliance issues and roaches ever since I moved in. To make matters worst my neighbors and I had mice for a full year!!!! The new management is absolutely terrible and never resolved ANNYYY of my issues when I was there. If you have issues with your apartment your basically stuck on fixing it on ...your own. The worst aparapartments/management. Ever
May 14, 2018I moved in to a cat pee infested floor with carpet layed over it. They thought they could get away with it. They assured me it was ready. The smell was unbareable. 2 weeks later i had to move all my stuff into a loaner then 1 week later back into mine. All this at my own expense. For the. Last 4 months of my lease my ac would work for about 3 hours of the day. They would not spend the money to fix it right. I had to leave and break my lease one month before it ended due to no AC. I gave them ...legal notice and left. They sued me amd claimed they evicted me. They wanted $4200. Becareful. They do not fix anything. Do not move here
July 13, 2017In September of 2016 I atttemoted to rent an apartment from Tierra Hills in Tucson AZ. I walked in the apartment and it didn't seem like anything was wrong. I signed the lease. After this I inspected the apartment while moving in. The apartment was not livable or move in ready. The bathroom tub was not cleaned or restored, the outlets didnot work, the dishwasher was disgusting, the refrigerator didn't work, there was bees, bugs and cocaroaches infested in the apartment. During the first week I ...called the police 3 times due to the u safe environment. I have 2 small children who were scared to stay in the apartment. There were people and men outside my window at all hours of the night. During that week maintenance men were in and out of my apartment attempting to fix all the wrongs. I spoke to managment serval times and ask for different apartment and location. They denied me and said they had none avaible. I gave notice I would leave this apartment within the week, which I did. These people placed a debt on my credit report for this lease in the amount of $3400 dollars. I am unable to lease a home due to this. I have disputed this debt in hopes it will be resolved if not I will sue this apartment complex and will be contacting fair housing act and the better business's bureau.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Stay away
December 29, 2016This place is rotten. Excuses after excuses from people unwilling to assist when your employees make mistakes. I took over two months and consistent incompetence to finally get someone from maintenance to finish repairing the bathroom and mold in closet after pipe broke in plumbing wall. Today I am being gassed out because someone decides to refinish counter tops in adjacent apartment without properly venting, was informed I should open windows and suffer. July 30, 2015This apartment complex is great on the outside. Looks can be deceiving. First the complex pool is peeling away on the bottom. The laundry room is so hot. It makes you wanna do laundry at a real laundry mat. The management doesn't organize people's papers for there lease . The complex has had at least within the last year,three different management take over the complex and each time different fees and rules. There very bad complexes. To small.
