The apartment was gross, had trash everywhere, dirty underwear behind the dryer, there were dozens of screw all over the floor from the poorly installed carpet, and marks all over the walls. The appliances are old and insanely cheap they all had issues at least once in the year we lived here. We left it better than we found it and they still took the entire deposit and charged hundreds of dollars more. middle of the night, and there were homeless and others using hard drugs in the stairwell. We frequently found used condoms in our stairwell and in the bushes in front of our building. Most people have their dogs off leash and don’t pick up their poop. The leasing office took days to respond, even if you knocked on the door they wouldn’t answer. Parking is horrible. It may be cheaper but I would happily pay more to not live in such a garbage heap. We absolutely could not leave quick enough. Do not live here and do not believe the bs corporate copy paste response they put under this.
