love it here it’s pretty peaceful and kind neighbors, the pool is also a great amenity in the summer and the gym is pretty cool too, nice spacious housse

This is a great place to live in Columbia. Very convenient and the people are friendly! I like the pool and on site laundry and all the dogs are cute. I like the jungle behind the 500 block apartments - it’s like having nature right there. The landlords really make an effort to make it a good place to live for all residents.

Maintenance is super quick and effective, the sound insulation in the walls is actually really good, and there's lots of parking with good access points to enter the different apartments. I've only had good experiences with other residents, there are always washing machines available to use, and management is friendly and helpful!

I absolutely love it here. So much better than any other apartment I’ve lived in before in Columbia! The amenities are great and the neighbors are so friendly! 10/10 recommend! This community is a great place to live!

I like my 2 bedroom renovated unit. It is well lit and spacious. The service is superb.The staffs are accomodating and helpful. The location is amazing.It is near the church and shopping centers. The people are friendly.

The place is quite comfortable, except that you can hear the neighbors, dog waste is found in the gardens several times, and the smell of cigarettes is constantly perceived.

Great community and management, the downside is paying 1.75 for EACH washing and drying and the price is quite high for the space and for the fact you have to pay for utilities/gas. The kitchen setup is awful, it’s way too small, you cannot open the bottom drawer because of the setup. Still a good apartment and community amenities are nice.
