July 29, 2025This is a great place to live in Columbia. Very convenient and the people are friendly! I like the pool and on site laundry and all the dogs are cute. I like the jungle behind the 500 block apartments - it’s like having nature right there. July 11, 2025Maintenance is super quick and effective, the sound insulation in the walls is actually really good, and there's lots of parking with good access points to enter the different apartments. I've only had good experiences with other residents, there are always washing machines available to use, and management is friendly and helpful!Property Manager Responded

July 6, 2025The place is quite comfortable, except that you can hear the neighbors, dog waste is found in the gardens several times, and the smell of cigarettes is constantly perceived.Property Manager Responded

July 6, 2025Great community and management, the downside is paying 1.75 for EACH washing and drying and the price is quite high for the space and for the fact you have to pay for utilities/gas. The kitchen setup is awful, it’s way too small, you cannot open the bottom drawer because of the setup. Still a good apartment and community amenities are nice.Property Manager Responded
