January 23, 2026So far so good, the apartment building is as advertised online. It is very close to a lot of local shopping centers, places to eat, grocery stores and gas stations. It is also close to Mizzou which is very convenient for students.Review from Apartments.com

October 14, 2025Good community, friendly management. The ac works well, haven’t had much for problems. The downsides is small kitchen space and the laundry is located on site but it’s still a downside to walk and do your laundry and pay about 3.50 to do a full set of laundry unless you need to dry longer then it’s gonna cost more. July 29, 2025This is a great place to live in Columbia. Very convenient and the people are friendly! I like the pool and on site laundry and all the dogs are cute. I like the jungle behind the 500 block apartments - it’s like having nature right there.
