October 14, 2025Good community, friendly management. The ac works well, haven’t had much for problems. The downsides is small kitchen space and the laundry is located on site but it’s still a downside to walk and do your laundry and pay about 3.50 to do a full set of laundry unless you need to dry longer then it’s gonna cost more. July 29, 2025This is a great place to live in Columbia. Very convenient and the people are friendly! I like the pool and on site laundry and all the dogs are cute. I like the jungle behind the 500 block apartments - it’s like having nature right there. July 11, 2025Maintenance is super quick and effective, the sound insulation in the walls is actually really good, and there's lots of parking with good access points to enter the different apartments. I've only had good experiences with other residents, there are always washing machines available to use, and management is friendly and helpful!Property Manager Responded
