Whenever there is any maintenance or upgrades that have to be done communication is very straightforward about installations whether internet infrastructure, checking furnaces, or upkeep around the property. I always feel that Tiger Village staff and maintenance have been "on the ball" in all areas and really done a great job on all fronts - also appreciate the level of ...creativity and involvement that goes into community events each month whether trivia/game nights, scavenger hunts, puzzle/guessing games, etc., - property is well-maintained and I feel management makes solid efforts in being approachable and hosting events to make guests feel welcome and at home. They are accommodating, helpful and warm. The maintenance service is superb. They act in a timely manner. Max and Alyssa are the best. I really appreciate all of them. They always see to it that everything is well. The surrounding is well lit at night and I can say that it is a safe and peaceful environment to live.
