Please spare yourself and do NOT live here. The management is poor, many tenants do not put their trash IN the dumpster, and this place has greatly deteriorated over the year I have resided here and am looking elsewhere. I am still waiting for maintenance to fix a microwave-6 days and counting.

I have been living at this place for almost a year and i cannot wait to leave. Buildings are decent at best and unenjoyable due to excessive restrictions on tenants. Management sends out regular emails threatening tenants. Last one warned of eviction if someone is caught leaving a door propped open. Yes, eviction! I know many people around the complex that have had their garages broken into and their possessions stolen. Lease is very restrictive and you can be evicted over something as small as ...
burning a candle in your home. There are so many places to rent in fargo and no need to live at an unsafe complex like this one.
