December 14, 2022My mother has lived in these apartments for close to three years now. Yes, they are modern and the girls in the office are friendly. However, the tenant above my mother has had three separate major water leaks. These leaks have brought cascades of water down into my mother's apartment. Coming through overhead light fixtures and the ceiling. OK, these things happen. Problem here is the repairs to the ceiling in my mother's apartment have yet to be completed. Fantastic Apartments
January 3, 2021My girlfriend and I stayed in Timber Creek for about a year and I couldn't recommend it enough. Alicia was just about the nicest person I've ever met and helped us a great deal throughout the entire process. The grounds are kept clean and well-maintained and the main maintenance man, Karl, is absolutely wonderful. Compared to everywhere else in the area, you won't find any apartments that feel as safe or pristine. We had almost no problems at all while staying there and any problems we did have ...were promptly taken care of. Poor Management/Overpriced
November 12, 2019I lived in Timbercreek for 13 months and at first I thought it was ideal for myself and my son. However once moved in there were several issues that management consistently minimized instead of addressing. My packages were consistently missing, parking became an increasing annoyance and although promised management never adequately addressed, and the overall lack of value for the price of rent. After being there for over a year and my last set of overhead neighbors I decided that this was not ...the place for me and I figured that I could get more bang for my buck elsewhere. Despite my feelings about Timbercreek I was never late with the rental payments in my 13 month lease. However, upon leaving I was charged for, hold on to your seats, not wiping down the baseboards and cleaning out the oven!! I was outdone and do not recommend anyone renting from here if you value your money and peace of mind!! Never again!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
