Affordable housing, friendly staff
January 26, 2024Timbercreek is a great family place. I have been here 3 years with no plans of leaving. The buildings are older but maintained well. Everything but your internet and phone are included in your rent. Office staff is friendly and will work with you if you get behind. Most of the neighbors are friendly and the maintenance staff is also great. All the staff makes an effort to get to know you.Property Manager Responded

August 8, 2015Timber has very good pricing and utilities are included. It's a very good place for first time renters or families. Also faculty are very nice. Nothing is Better!
August 7, 2015Here is a list of everything that is to love about Timber Creek: Fantastic Staff, Affordable Rent, Great Maintenance Crew, Friendly Neighbors, Quiet Residence, Free Heat, Free Air Conditioning, Free Electricity, Free Utilities, Spacious Bedrooms, Pets Allowed, New Appliances, New Carpet, Good Parking, Lots of Closet Space, Family Friendly, and in-building Laundry-Mat. The only thing I dislike about this place is that washers and dryers are not allowed in the apartments. That is it. But everything ...else WELL makes up for it! I love these guys here and wouldnt move unless I HAD to. If you are looking to party, I wouldn't suggest Timber Creek because of the families living here. But the spacious rooms are great for hosting guests!. There's easy access to all of the rooms and a good sized bathroom. Pets and Bugs
July 22, 2015I moved to this apartment about a month ago with my boyfriend. We moved because I am going to the university in the town and we wanted a place that wasn't too crazy, good for our cat and also was in our price range. We found Timber Creek Apartments and it luckily allowed pets (for a nice fee) and was bigger than our last place. We ended up getting first floor, which was pretty much underground. And what came with that was spiders and earwigs, FUN! As we figured out the best way to get to our ...mailbox and the laundry room we noticed plenty of other people had pets too, smelly ones. Timber Creek Apartments
July 21, 2015It's an older building with some issues, but the apartments themselves are well kept up with newer carpeting and running appliances. The staff is very friendly, and comes out right away if there's an issue. The rent includes your electric, heat, water and trash removal. There's a heated indoor pool. It's older, and not heated to a very warm temp, but once you get used to it, it's refreshing. Generally very quiet. Pet friendly. No washers and dryers in apartments, but a laundry in each building. ...Workout room/game room is a little outdated, but fun. It includes pool tables, air hockey, dartboards & a ping pong table. Apartments are spacious, especially the expanded two bedroom that has one room with his and hers closets, and the other room with a walk in closet the size of a shed! Nice, big bathrooms with lots of counter space and deep, soaker tubs. Plenty of parking. Hallways are careworn and have stained carpeting, don't let that deter you. Look around inside one of the apartments themselves, which are much nicer. Like I said, it's older and shows it's age, but for the price and what you're getting, it's the best deal in town.
