January 22, 2026So far the apartment is okay . Room has a wet carpet smell , and previous water damage on the wood framing on the bedrooms bathroom door . So we shall see but overall great for the price !Review from Apartments.com

September 4, 2025Very disappointed in the amount of time it takes for them to address small issues within the apt. I've been here for my second lease and unfortunately I'm STILL waiting on some things to be fixed since moving in. Hopefully they will find a way to address these issues in a more timely manner, but they definitely want the rent on time and don't care about waiving any misunderstandings with payment even from committed rentersReview from Apartments.com

August 24, 2025At the end of this year (2025) I will have been here 19 years. I have seen the ups and downs throughout the years. My opinion of this place is that it's not that bad. As a delivery driver with 30 years experience I have been to a lot of apartment complexes in that time. Is this one the best? Of course not! But I have been to some that look like they should be burned to the ground and rebuilt from scratch. Timber Point is nowhere near that stage. We as tenants need to help keep this place safe and ...clean. The more we do that the less pressure we put on the maintenance staff.
