After having somewhat of a bad experience with a seperate apartment company here in Bemidji, this place showed me that there are good property managers still here. This place is always clean, well managed and the property manager and his mother Phyllis are amazing people. We had to put down our dog while living at this apartment and they were very accommodating with certain circumstances and went above and beyond to ...ease the stress. The neighbors here are great, quiet and respectful. I will miss living here but in the future if something arises, I would live here again. January 13, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comThis is ok but not special. Not made with great quality products but boasts luxury amenities with a price to match. Many of the units don’t have balconies. Winter is rough. Lot hardly plowed. No plug ins for cars. Not to mention the high crime rate down the street.
