December 19, 2025Timber Ridge is the best apartment complex in Westlake. Sherry the leasing consultant is the friendliest and most knowledgeable I’ve ever come across. Always helpful, kind, and gets what you need done quickly and efficiently. The maintenance staff is second to none, they are prompt, kind, and fix the problem the first time, not multiple visits. The apartments are the largest in the area at the best price. Interior and exterior of all the building’s meticulously maintained. I’m proud to have ...family and friends visit, they’re always amazed when they visit at how great Timber Ridge is. I’ve never felt safer in an apartment building than this one, they’re just the best in the business. The best place in Westlake to live!
December 18, 2025I have been at Timber Ridge Apartments in Westlake for 3 years now, from my initial meeting with Sherry the leasing consultant, to the amazing maintenance staff, this has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I work in Cleveland; the commute is 15 minutes and easily accessed by both 480 and 90. The building is safe and secure; cannot be entered unless buzzed in, the grounds are beautifully kept, and the interior hallways are clean. The apartments are larger than most area apartments ...and at a better rate. Embarrassment of a property manager
March 11, 2025The community was quiet, pleasant and overall pretty enjoyable but during my time there the property manager was miserable, unfriendly, demeaning, belittling, and unprofessional with the way she ran that property and ALL of my neighbors had similar opinions; I shouldve left sooner. She worked her own schedule and was nowhere to be found during listed hours and certain times that she was needed. Hopefully one day she will realize that there is no requirement to be such a disgraceful and catty ...person to earn her little salary. July 14, 2017I have lived at Timber Ridge for 2 years and LOVE it!! Having owned my own place for years, I wasn't sure about living in an apartment again..... But it is MORE than an apartment.... IT IS HOME!!!! The people who live here are friendly and considerate! The Staff at Timber Ridge are so professional, helpful and take care of this complex and each of its units as if it were their own homes!!! Someone is always painting, planting flowers, sprucing up the doors, shoveling snow and putting down salt ...in the winter, and always with a wave and a smile!!! The apartments are so incredibly spacious with storage galore!!!! And one indoor parking space is included with each unit!!! YEP!!!! INDOOR GARAGE Parking!!!!!!! How great is that!!!!!!!! And a Washer/Dryer in each unit as well!!! Incredible!!!! It is no wonder that Timber Ridge does not often have availability.....
