Our Home For Now.
April 25, 2025When we first moved in, it was at a decent price. Now, every few months or years, they raise up the rent to almost almost impossible.. no one picks up their dog poop and we spot litter everywhere it can be nasty, unfortunately. No maintenance help like we had before, sadly. It is almost impossible to order packages online they never get the package to the right apartment, po box, or building. Hallways stink like pot mostly all the time, and you can hear pretty much everything from your neighbors' ...units. During the weekend, it's impossible to get a good parking spot. Everyone fights over them.Property Manager Responded

Massive sewer
April 24, 2024Litter and dog poop constantly lays around never is picked up! They take forever to fix things! They keep raising the rent massive dump not worth the price!Property Manager Responded

Trapped
May 4, 2018Aside from Mindy, you will not find a worse customer service. When apartment was originally leased we leased for one person since he was set to deploy. Small miracle and it got put off for 5 months so my son and I stayed. We have seen them on numerous occasions never once did they mention I needed to be added. 3minths before our lease was up they sent us a notice saying we had a note on our door saying rent was going up $300 a month if we stayed or we could sign a new lease that was much longer ...and it would only go up $70 a month but we had to decide in 2 weeks or they would just move us to the $300 month option. So instead of having. Normal 30 notice we were for ed to give a 7 week notice or have our rent go higher than we could afford. So we signed. Still no mention that I needed to be added to the lease. Today after loading all the boxes headed to storage in the hallway I backed my van into load it, in the time it took me to go in get a load and bring it out they wrote me a citation saying next time it will be towed! I went to the office and ask really I will be towed if I load my car there tansy said yes because of repeate offenders which is not us but still they persisted and followed up with your not even on the lease! Well I was not ever informed about that so when I go back to put me name on the lease she says she is closed and can not help me but them let’s in 2 separate people after. They are rude and unprofessional even after they took 4 months to fix my drive and I didn’t not complain once! We will be mo in. Package Mail Delivery VERY difficult
December 12, 2015The apartment office needs to be open on Saturday's in order to accept packages so the residents can get their mail that is too large to fit in the mailboxes!! Otherwise, the post office returns it and it is a big hassle to get it redelivered. This is especially important around Christmas, since this apt. complex serves military families who will be getting packages sent to them!!Review from Apartments.com
