Love the place so much that I moved in twice!
August 19, 2016I've actually lived at Timber Ridge two times. The first time was 1986 to 1990, the second time was September 1999 to present. I really wanted to come back to Timber Ridge the second time around because of the family atmosphere, the maintenance of the property, and an overall sense of community that is so important to me, and these days, so hard to find. You'll find the grounds well manicured in the warmer months with the smell of B-B-Q on most days, During the colder months, leaf, & snow removal ...happen immediately. The two, or three bedroom units are very spacious, and well maintained. Maintenance, and Office staff are well trained, friendly, and punctual with maintenance calls. There is ample "on site" parking, and a beautiful pool with lifeguard all summer long. If you're looking for a beautifully maintained two to three bedroom Town-home in a community setting in which to raise your children, let me be the first to say "Welcome to Timber Ridge".Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Timber Ridge Townhomes - Perfect place to live
September 30, 2015I have moved around a lot over the past few years, but I am now contented with my new place. The townhouses at Timber Ridge have a lot of space (lots of closets for clothes-horses like me!). The layout is well thought out and the livable space within the units is great for entertaining and just everyday living. I have an upgraded unit and I LOVE the woodwork, tile work and fixtures. They make the units look like something right out of a magazine or furniture commercial. The grounds are well kept ...and the neighborhood Timber Ridge sits in is friendly and suburban. There is a great mix of residents, both human and dog (friends for my puppy). They allow small dogs and cats as well. The complex's personnel are great also. They really care about each resident and their experience in living here, unlike other places I have lived in in the nearby area. There's lots of shopping close by and recreational parks for both humans and dogs. The complex is also situated close to the train to Philly and right in between a few major highways, but far enough away that it still retains that suburban feel. September 23, 2015This Townhome community is quaint and quiet. Townhomes are roomy with ample closet space. Kitchens are a big size which is awesome for those that love to cook with plenty of counter space. Having a washer/dryer in the home is a plus! Layout of the 2 levels is perfect for a family to fit comfortably and enjoy the peace and quiet in the area. Homes are well kept, grounds are well maintained and maintenance is always available. Not good if you have pets and has ants

Do not recommend
August 17, 2015Lived here for some time but recently moved out. Office is friendly, maintenance is horrible and you have to wait forever for anything to get done. Maintenance guy Mike is rude and never takes care of calls right away when they need to. Jose and Steve are the other maintenance guys there and they are great and very friendly and nice. Bills are high. Down stairs is very cold in winter. Windows in house are horrible and drafty. Neighbors are friendly to an extent. Some people don't pick up after ...there dogs. Very kid friendly environment but nothing for the kids to do if looking for a place that has a playground this place does not. Pool is OK but not much seating to sit back and enjoy the pool. be careful because there is a creepy guy that rides around on his bike and he follows little kids and says inappropriate things to you and the kids. July 30, 2015This place is so beautiful so well kept and quiet . Whenever maintance is need they are here as soon as possible . I also have a service dog and they heard my dog in distress and knew something was wrong and came in and saw I was having a seizure . Maitance knows everyone that well and in tune with there residents that I feel very safe here too .
