About Timber Valley Apartments

My husband and I love our 1 bedroom apartment at Timber Valley. The apartment has a great layout, with tons of kitchen space and storage (which was essential for me), large patio, central AC/heat, walk in bedroom closet, in-unit washer/dryer. Other perks of our apartment are a double bathroom vanity and pantry. We choose Timber Valley also because of the awesome amenities, including a really nice pool area, game room, theater, 2 work out rooms, sauna, main area you can hang out in and rent out ...
as well, and it being pet-friendly. It's also really close to shops on the West side of Madison like Target, Pick & Save, and the mall, but far enough away that it's quiet. Highly recommend Timber Valley!!

Worth the price!

We love our apartment. It’s super spacious, tons of sunlight, cabinet space, etc. High ceilings, too! The amenities is what makes this all totally worth it as well. Pool, two gyms, tanning bed, sauna, dog park, coffee bar, game room, community room, etc. The four grills in the pool area have been great for dinner as well :)
