    I love my apartment. I also love the Timberlake staff. We are definitely a fan of the dog park and that the East Norriton Township building and the park is behind the residence. Great location! Can’t wait to use the pool this summer!

  • Horrible living conditions

    Do not move here! The apartments have bandaid fixes and maintenance is careless. Office staff is never there and will never email back. If we call to complain, they answer in a condescending tone and are extremely unprofessional. During the two years I’ve lived here, we’ve gone days without water, electricity, and now heated water in the dead of winter. We are now going on 5 days with no hot water and emails saying “sorry for the inconvenience”. Inconvenience? You mean basic necessity. We have ...
    also received no rent reduction for these extreme issues. During the 5 days we had a major snow storm and now record cold- but I can’t have a hot shower in my own home. We don’t even have a fully renovated apartment, but rent still goes up every year as it ages and things go unfixed after several maintenance requests. We are absolutely miserable here. The only good things- size of apartment and that it is next to a park. Good job for that!!!

  • Non Updated Apartments Deteriorating

    Leasing and Office staff are a revolving door of people. The last leasing staff that I spoke with regarding an issue with my lease was rude and condescending. No help and wanted to rush me off the call. They care more about the bottom line than their tenants and it shows. Band aid fixes on most doors, bathroom tiling, and light fixtures falling. Our kitchen light is still partially hanging from the ceiling after maintenance came for repairs and the bathroom tile has fallen off multiple times. ...
    Most of the apartments are not updated and the ones that are skyrocket in price because of a "new floor" and "fresh paint". Unless you are looking for a poor to mediocre living experience, if you have the choice to live somewhere else, I would. For almost $2000 a month, this is disgusting. Update: Hot Water is out again for 2nd time in 13 months. Hot water is still out for 2 days.

    When I first moved here at the start of the pandemic, Timberlake was what I hoped would be my last move. My apartment itself, was and is, a wonderful space and everything I wanted in a home. While that hasn’t changed, management and maintenance has, significantly! Communication and response was, and I say WAS, outstanding! Sadly, both are a thing of the past. After sinking so much money into remodeling the buildings, keeping the common areas clean is never a priority. Honestly, I cringe when ...
    I have guests who have to walk through a dirty lobby and unmopped hallways. Add to that the extremely unreliable elevators! Ceiling tiles missing for months is yet another example of management’s lack of attention to the buildings. This place is such a disappointment!

    Great size apartment for a great rent price. All updated finishes. Plenty of free parking. The people and community are so nice. This was the 1st apartment we toured out of 20 and each one after couldnt compare.
