The location is good. There are no firewalls between your neighbors. You can hear every word in the next apartment at night or on the rare occurance that its quiet during the day. The level of courtesy and respect for other tennants rights is minimal. Not a high class of people. It's noisey and smells of cat pee on the 1st floor of 1 building. There are 2 washers and 2 dryers for 16 apartments so its hit or miss to get you laundry done when you want.
