poor communication

Consistent very poor communication from management/leasing staff.
leasing staff doesn’t seem to know how to address concerns, say they will connect you with management, but then management will leave you on hold or never call you back. twice now i have brought up an issue and this has happened.
they gave us a notice that staff would be doing safety checks within a certain window of time, but then staff actually came into my apartment days later. i have a dog so this was frustrating as i had to ...
lock him up for days, only for them to come outside of the window they provided. luckily my dog isn’t aggressive otherwise that could have been dangerous for staff and my dog.
dog park is not well maintained and is always covered in poop.
otherwise it’s a quiet community and rent is more reasonable compared to other denton apartments. they don’t tow which is a huge plus for denton apartments. not a terrible place to live but just be hopeful you don’t have any maintenance or pest control concerns.
