We offer 1 and 2 bedrooms at Pinecrest in the Brecksville/Broadview Heights area. You can see pics if you click on the "MEDIA" option at the top of this page. Pinecrest has Community Laundry facilities; and Timbers has 2 bdrms (1 or 2 Bath)in suite washer and dryer! and offers Both Brecksville/Broadview Hts, and the North Royalton school districts! Pinecrest offers balconies or patios, and heat is included! Enjoy our Patio/Deck with picnic tables and grill. Timbers is just up the road offering spacious, 1000 square foot apartments only; with a 1bath or 2bath option, with washer and dryer in suite! I currently have some ground floor units with Patios!! and Our 3rd floor units in the 2 bath option; have beautiful vaulted ceilings! We would love to make us your new home!!!

I called ahead and scheduled an appointment to walkthrough. The agent never called to cancel our appointment. We drove 45 minutes out and they couldn’t bother to answer. Don’t waste your time. Because they clearly don’t care.

All they want is your application fees. They’ll feed you lies to make you apply and then say you were denied with no valid explanation and very rudely just brush you off when you ask why. Don’t bother.

They will tow your friends and families cars if they're parked in the lot after 9 pm. They offer a daily parking pass that is $5 and you will not be able to purchase one after 5 pm

We do offer passes for your guests, so if you need a pass, I am in the office until 5:30, you can call me ahead of time, or email me, place your $5 in the rent drop box the night before, and i can place a parking permit/pass under your door for the night.

Timbers have great apartments, and they are worth the price you pay. Maintenance and management were always on hand for help and never had any issues with them as far as any concerns or with rent.

Save yourself and do not live here. Please, please read all the reviews because it is all bad living here. Management is horrible and will lie to you about anything and everything. Maintenance is slow and doesn't do the job right ever. Building is gross, hallways smell disgusting. Nothing is ever fixed, even when reported multiple times. I had to be without a/c for almost a month when it was 95 outside. I have a dog and terrible allergies and it was absolutely not livable.

As everything is: this complex once was probably a very nice place, but time has caught up with it and nothing was updated until it was completely needed. This goes from carpet to walls to appliances. More than a couple third floor units have heavy water damage and floor levels have terrible window leaks. All units are two bedroom one bath and rent is all over the place no matter what floor it's on, it can range from 690.00 to 900.00. If you look at a lower unit ask about the one above you, seems ...
someone decided that hardwood floors are quiet,well they are not. Next is parking. Good luck. There are garages for 50.00 a month and its one car but shared with four.
In summary an okay place for a short term.
