Great staff
September 5, 2023Honestly, the staff of Timbers is stellar, friendly, and prompt. The close proximity to Walmart is lovely. My single consistent issue is the few lazy, disrespectful residents that leave their pet waste all over the property, and worst of all, fill the dog park from end to end with dog poop to the point it's unusable as anything but a canine latrine.Review from Apartments.com

Problems galore
January 4, 2023I moved into this property believing it was going to be a "luxury" property. Between the terrible neighbors, and constant bugs, and ridiculous rent : There really isn't a single thing that is luxury about this place. The property has a single slide for children, in an area with no trees so there is no shade to keep cool, especially during the summer. Not much soundproofing in the apartment itself, I can constantly hear my neighbors just talking with each other. The apartment itself also has tons ...of weird angles so stuff never fits flush correctly against the walls. The management is decent, property is right next to walmart as well so makes shopping easy, no easy access to the center apartments so bringing in stuff is a pain. overall i really give the place a 4/10 really needs improvement.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
