The worst Run don’t walk !
June 19, 2023These are the worst apartment 1st the dryers don’t work The grey depressing walls haven’t been painted in over a decade you pay for pest control but you still will get ants the apartments are small there id literally no cabinet space so no need for fine China last but not lease the fire alarms will wake you up pretty much every week so no need for sleeping in 1/10 would never recommend i cant wait till my lease is over I’m running and never looking back at TimbersProperty Manager Responded

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
November 8, 2019I wish I could give it no stars. First off, they don’t come and fix anything that you constantly have to tell them to fix. The staff is disrespectful and rude. The rent is way overpriced for the dryers not to even work. The fire alarms constantly go off. Our apartments were infested with ants, and pest control are SUPPOSE to come on a Tuesday and never did. We get charged for trash valet when nobody ever comes pick up the trash. I’ll be glad when my lease is up. I will run away and never look ...back.Property Manager Responded

Who Would Want the Staff
November 4, 2016I'm trying to find an apartment for a relative and without being too critical I can't image putting someone you love in a facility where the staff is uninformed, unprofessional and unresponsive. About the only thing I can say for them is they are quick with excuses and "I'm sorry." For what the salaries are there I can se why they can't afford a professional staff. Don't live here
February 1, 2014We thought it was wonderful until you get that first water bill. We have an attorney looking into it. They charge you for the monthly amount then times it by how many occupants you have living there. So our water was $200 a month for 4 people. We have a small baby and a toddler. REALLY!!!! The office staff is a complete joke. Half the time they aren't there and when they are they're so hung over from clubbing at the Saloon that you can't get any real answers.Property Manager Responded
