July 22, 2023Me and my significant other moved here its been Terrible we have gone broke and mentally not the same after moving in here. There are roaches everywhere and we are extremely clean.The office staff is very fake and tell you one thing and do another. Shooting in the complex
May 17, 2020Late Saturday evening there was a shooting that happened in the complex. There has been no communication from the complex staff on the incident. They are taking no safety measures for the rest of the residents. When I first moved in there used to be a security guard parked near the entrance but I seldom see one now. If they were here as before this may have never happened. Other than the shooting there are multiple shady drug deals going on around here. The complex smells like marijuana all ...the time. With the expensive amount of rent we pay here you would think this would not be the type of environment like 103rd, north side or Arlington where shootings often occur. Never again.
May 8, 2020Rent is expensive, they're overcharging for everything. That's just unacceptable. I spent 4-months going to the coin laundry across Walmart, I've sent request to come fix my dryer and new dryer, still hasn't come in yet. I don't live there anymore, recently moved-out. Their service sucks, talking to the staff is impossible and having explain to me, why they're overcharging me for the minimum things. Highly don't recommend coming here.Review from Apartments.com

October 18, 2018We originally were moved into the wrong apartment (base model when we wanted simply modern), had to move to a new unit thinking its the model we requested only to find out 10 months later that it's not (hence why we didn't have the appliances asked for). Apparently, they were OK with not letting us know that we were not going to end up with the apt we wanted. During the move from the wrong apt our brand new dryer that was inspected when dropped off ended up with a huge bash on the corner when ...moved to the new apt. Staff claims innocence even when confronted that no one else had access to the dryer. Tickets get closed without resolution or contact. There is no enforcement of apartment policy (dog poop everywhere!) and when you request they enforce the policy they say they cannot do anything unless you witness it but they also don't want you confronting neighbors. June 30, 2016This place might seem nice and friendly at first but if you look beneath the surface you will find a typical apartment complex. Timberwalk is only out for your money and will do anything in its power to take it from you. Nightmare, Unprofessional, Dangerous
August 17, 2015Dangerous community, drugs and violence overly obvious presence. Imbecilic office staff that doesn't enforce any rules in the community except for collecting rent. Ask a police officer how often they are called to the area, I was told every night at least. Animal feces and trash throughout facility, internals of apartments just rot and fall apart until someone complains enough to warrant a response. I was without the use of my shower for 11 days because the staff is incredibly ineffective/stupid. ...Criminal mischief at my unit door, cat food tins, trash, oil on door knob. My upstairs neighbors did this repeatedly and without reprimand from office, though I did report it, even called JSO twice but they had better things to do, like make fun of me for complaining about the conditions of the apartment I was in. Vandalism and noise late into the night are just the icing. Wait til your car starts getting keyed repeatedly or spit on the windows.
