October 22, 2024Timberwood is a great affordable location! Southside is pretty high priced. Lots of shops in walking distance. School bus stops located on the complex great. Unlimited parking and safe area. Pet friendly and great staff!Review from Apartments.com

Careless management, zero pride in their unit upkeep, clueless maintenance and unreliable/untimely repairs.
October 31, 2017We moved in early January 2017, they began remodeling in February which continued until June, all the while we were paying to live in a literal construction site. The remodeling was done so cheaply, most of it is just awful quality and wasn't constructed properly so it's already falling apart if it was ever completely finished in the first place. I also have had a slab leak within 10 months of living here despite the "remodeling" and since they fixed the leak, 2 weeks later, they have yet to ...repair the area where the leak was. The backyard is literal dirt so you're constantly sweeping to keep the dirt from being tracked everywhere and they have dumpsters in every parking lot that are always full. so it smells like rotting garbage every time you walk outside.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Very LOUD neighborhood.
November 1, 2016Bus stop is INSIDE complex. Kids are EXTREMELY loud in mornings & disrespectful if you ask them to quiet down. I also had to ask a parent to turn down her car music & she BLATANTLY told me NO after waking me up at 6:30 am. My neighbors were rude to me & I was insulted by teenage kids numerous times. There are fights out in the street almost EVERY DAY. Management has yet to do anything & I've lived here less than a month! A couple things wrong with the apartment when I moved in. Maintenance are ...true to their duties & very polite. Apartments are spacious but too many cons than pros. Definitely already looking for an alternative.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 27, 2015The maintance guys are very helpful and always speak and have gone out there way to help that I see. The office staff can have a attitude but with some of the residents who would not. Love what they do for the kids as far as summer camps and Christmas and holidays helps alot. Over all good place to live as far as location and schools.Review from Apartments.com
