So far it’s great. The complex is very quiet and everything is very clean here, no weird smells or trash anywhere. Residents so far see very nice and courteous. Parking so far has also been very convenient and spacious. I feel fairly safe here as well with all the security cameras and key-only access areas.

We loved living at the Tin Top! We lived in a Studio that faced the pool on the 6th floor and loved it (btw- dont live on tge side with 281, its too loud!). Wishing their 2 bedrooms were more affordable so we could stay!

Excellent facilities at Tin top, staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Apartment itself is lovely. Definitely the best apartment block in San Antonio. Would recommend to anyone wanting to move into a new apartment block in San Antonio :-)

The first year was great but unfortunately the care of the complex has substantially gone down hill. There are far too many "cheap" apt complex problems for the premium price they charge. I will not be renewing my lease.
