May 13, 2025I’ve really enjoyed living at Tin Top. The location is hard to beat—right near the Pearl and just a short walk to the River Walk, which makes it perfect for both convenience and leisure. Whether it’s grabbing a bite to eat, enjoying the weekend markets, or taking a peaceful stroll, everything is close by. The building is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and responsive whenever something needs attention. My unit is modern, comfortable, and has great natural light. I also appreciate the ...quiet, respectful neighbors and the overall peaceful vibe of the community. February 25, 2025The location and amenities are great. The beautiful complex speaks for itself. Never had any issues other than multiple car breaks, which I get happen everywhere but when brought to management attention they always said the cameras don’t work. December 12, 2024Overall great apartment complex with friendly staff. The apartment garage has had some ongoing security issues with numerous car break-ins over the past few months.Property Manager Responded
