I was only able to get one fob for a 2 bedroom apartment, no other apartments in the area limit how many keys you can have so that was disappointing

So far it’s great. The complex is very quiet and everything is very clean here, no weird smells or trash anywhere. Residents so far see very nice and courteous. Parking so far has also been very convenient and spacious. I feel fairly safe here as well with all the security cameras and key-only access areas.

We loved living at the Tin Top! We lived in a Studio that faced the pool on the 6th floor and loved it (btw- dont live on tge side with 281, its too loud!). Wishing their 2 bedrooms were more affordable so we could stay!
