November 22, 2025I enjoyed living here, even though my stay was short. The biggest adjustment for me was how early everything closes. I knew the hours before moving in, but I didn’t realize they were going to be so actively enforced. It definitely shows how serious they are about safety, because I always felt secure, especially after the day I got kicked off the rooftop for being there after hours. If you’re someone who can’t follow every lease rule exactly as written, this is probably not the place for you, ...because they really do enforce everything. Aside from that, I liked almost everything else. I didn’t use the amenities as much as I expected, since the early rooftop closing times made me less comfortable going out late, but the community events were genuinely fun and well put together. The mailroom was also a pleasant surprise. It stayed organized, was cleaned often, and even when it looked messy, I could still find my packages easily. October 11, 2025I've been living in this apartment for several months now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The unit was spotless when I moved in, and everything—from the appliances to the finishes—feels modern and well-maintained. The building is quiet, secure, and conveniently located near the Pearl and the Creamery. Management has been incredibly responsive and friendly—any time I’ve had a question or request, it was handled quickly and professionally. The neighbors are respectful, and the ...overall atmosphere is very welcoming. One of my favorite features is the natural light that fills the apartment throughout the day, plus the balcony is a perfect spot for morning coffee.
