I lived here. The images are definitely photoshopped and you aren’t allowed to use your fireplace anymore. The buildings are old and nothing is well maintained. When I left they were still “planning” to fix the huge pot holes in the parking lot..which they had been planning for 3 years. The only upsides are that apartments are large and there’s a carport to use.

We thought this would be a nice apartment that was updated/renovated with reasonable rent. Rent just keeps going up every year for no real reason, and the apartment is problematic. Cracked toilet that they did not want to fix, exposed wiring, the balcony looks like it will collapse any second, and pieces of the roof are falling off. These are only the big things. There are a bunch of small things that keep adding up. Covered parking spaces are in need of updating, too.

They will lie. They will use poorly qualified labor to turnover the unit. They falsely advertise the vinyl flooring. The property manager told me I'd have vinyl flooring. The day I moved in I had carpet. The insulation is terrible and you can expect the unit to get incredibly humid during the summer. Maintenance is pretty quick to fix stuff and there's a lot to fix. Every time one of the maintenance workers came to my unit he found a new thing that wasn't done correctly. The view and quiet is ...

This apartment feels more like a townhome given the private entrance. As a family of four we fill the space very easily and make it feel more like a home than an apartment. Our apartment backs up to a grassy, wooded area making it feel like a backyard with room for our kids to play. We wish that the apartment had a pool and play area for kids given their extra space on the property. We also wish the apartment had central air rather than air conditioner units that dont cool down the entire ...
