Don’t do it
November 14, 2023Horrible experience don’t live here with this management - loved living here with the previous management now it’s terrible. Constant car breaks ins, stolen packages and breaking into mail boxes. Refuse to do a single thing about it. Will not allow you out of your lease for medical reasoning of pregnancy - they dont care at all. They will claim to let you move out all of your belongings so they can renovate your apt and then they will find a new renter- but looking around the complex at the ...multiple empty units that’s not happening. New management also raise the rent and the utilities cost with no proof of how much my water bill actually is I’m just stuck paying 99 dollars - it’s absurd. I loved living here until the last year and a half ish.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great Starter Place!!
October 11, 2021Lived here for 2 years. Moving out at the end of the month and wanted to leave a review while I was thinking about it. Management is very friendly and communicates very well. Maintenance is quick with responding and efficient with any repairs needed. The app makes it very easy to pay rent and request maintenance service. The area is very nice, right next to the dog park if you have a dog. Also walking distance from Huntington Park (Clippers baseball), Lower.com Field (Crew soccer), Goodale ...Park, Express Live, Short North, and possibly OSU Campus, North Market and Nationwide arena depending on what you consider walking distance. And it is very competitively priced for the area. Only reason why I’m moving is I want to go back to the suburbs close to family, and I want a newer building with a washer and dryer in unit. But the renovations they have done over that last year have really improved the building. And the pool area is awesome, although would be nicer if it were a heated pool. But no complaints here. Highly recommend.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
