Beautiful brick apartments, but the train is terrible

Overall, I have had a positive experience living here the past 3 years! Maintenance is generally quick to respond, the apartments are stunning with high ceiling and large counter space and storage. However, the property manager was not upfront about the trains that go by at night. Multiple times throughout the day, the amtrac will run which isn't too loud or disturbing, but almost every night the locomotives come by which are mere feet from the building and are EXTREMELY loud the point where I am ...
often awoken in the night and cannot get back to sleep. If you have small children, I would NOT recommend getting an apartment on the side of the building that is closest to the train tracks. Be warned!
