I’ve lived here for two years, and I can confidently say this place is not worth the rising rent. Since moving in, the rent has increased by $300, yet the quality of living has plummeted.
The pest situation has been unbearable at times — bats in the ceiling and mice in the walls. Instead of addressing mice infestation properly, management seems content to let it go unresolved for extended periods of time. There is persistent mold in the bathroom. Maintenance keeps caulking over it, but it always ...

I reported that my fridge was leaking, I was told I was just “spilling water.” Their dismissive attitude toward legitimate concerns is frustrating. They know the trash service does not work but still force residents to pay for it.
Despite these ongoing issues, management has no problem raising the rent significantly without offering any improvements in return. If you’re considering moving here, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
