Great Apartments
April 24, 2024Love it here . Have been here for 3 years. Danielle ( property manager) and Juan (Super) are great ! Any maintenance needs are fixed in a timely manner .The only thing thing is lack of parking .They have a sign up that states permit parking only,and that they will tow cars without a permit . Their are many cars without a permit and they hardly tow anybody.Property Manager Responded

Disrespectful neighbors
December 24, 2021Loud neighbors blasting their music and yelling all hours of the day and night almost every single day for a year. This is far from "quiet enjoyment" as the lease states. Many attempts to get this resolved were made with the prior landlord and a few attempts were made with the new one, and nothing has changed. No resolutions were provided, no evictions were made, no offers to switch to a different apartment, no soundproofing, no refunds, nothing was offered, just a yeah okay we'll try. It is a ...nuisance property, I feel ripped off, disrespected, and a lack of quality of life.Property Manager Responded

Great Apartments
February 22, 2019My fiancé and I moved into the Toms River Apartments back in September 2017 and it was the best decision we ever made. It is amazing here. It's within walking or driving distance of some Toms River restaurants and retail stores. The apartments are close to two parkway entrances and the bus station. And for us it's close to work. It is also really quiet here. Our neighbors are polite and friendly. And it's a pet friendly location which is hard to find in the area. We adopted a dog last March and ...it's nice to see that there are other dog and cat people here too. The leasing office is also amazing! If we have a concern they answer it quickly and are always willing to help. For our first apartment together it was a fantastic choice and I highly recommend moving here if you can. =)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 17, 2015Hey everyone, I'm susan and today I wanted to walk you through an apartment tour of my one bedroom apartment that I have had since January 2015 , starting the new year off with getting this apartment was one of the most exciting things I have an apartment on the second floor so guided up the stairs leads you to my door and inside you will find the dinning area , shared with the living room in my dinning room I have a four seated wooden table and a huge window that lights up the place ...with lots of natural light along with that I have a huge fish tan with a sort of fresh water fish , sharks included. In the living room area I have a sectional couch with a flat screen t.v. I have two end tables that are great for drinks and to hold my remotes for the t.v. and of course popcorn for the latest movies :) to the left of the living area is my kitchen in which I get alot of use out of because I'm a chef. I love to cook and bake and in there I have a dishwasher, microwave and a window that over looks the park area for my complex. My bedroom is one of my favorite parts of my apartment, because I have a king bed , double door closet along with a t.v. and to top it all off I have a great balcony that over looks the woods and in the morning it is just so relaxing to listen to the birds and enjoy a fresh cup of coffee , beside the bedroom I have a bathroom located across the hall and a laundry closet across the way which is very convenient and always nice to have , I love my apartment and I truly appreciate all that I have .
