management sucks
July 31, 2024My actual rating is ZERO star! The management sucks! They are too slow to respond. I wasn’t able to get my deposit because it was forfeited since I wasn't able to give a written notice when in fact I emailed the manager and called countless times where to send the written notice and I never received an email back. And after 4 months of following up with them they just replied now to tell me my deposit is forfeited? This is unacceptable! I’ve done my part as a good tenant, I expected them to do ...their part too, but no. I am very disappointed.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
