Worst apartments to live in. Maintenance is bad and long. They never come to fix it, it take them at least a week to come to your apartment and after a long wait, they can’t fix themselves. Bad staff, specially manager and maintenance guys. Rude and unprofessional. Your expecting to have a nice sleep on your day off, bad for you. They will start cutting the grass at 7-8 am. You are expecting to use restroom and microwave at the same, too bad, you can’t do that. You will loose electricity right ...

Look somewheres else! We didn’t have gas for 4 days, not able to shower or cook. When calling the office to ask questions on how long it would take, was told “information couldn’t be provided to me”, then was told take quick 2 minute shower. Mind you the water was extremely cold. they left a paper on the door stating it would take 24hr to be fixed, next day still no gas, they left a paper on the door stating it’s a “bigger gas leak” than what they thought, following day still no word from the ...

office, until an older guy came to our door stating “don’t turn stove on or hot water” that was IT. Following day SUNDAY, still no word from no one on what was going on or if it was even fixed. Sunday night we decide to check apartment to see if gas was back since no ONE had contacted us in regards to the “gas leak” being fixed, walked in to finally having gas, to this day we haven’t received no word from management to have something compensated for those 4 days with no cooking gas. REGRET MOVING HERE!!! I’ll also add when it comes to fixing things, your better off fixing it your self, they do a HORRIBLE job at fixing anything.

well this is a great place to live if you like squirrels, birds and bugs (i mean colonies) EVERY WHERE in your home, or like seeing and smelling dogs business all over everyday or barking all day everyday, or love EXTREMELY noisy rude neighbors and free range uncontrollable loud kids, or like hoodlums smoking drugs or selling in front of the building, on your car and in hallway, or like neighbors and/or strangers doing laundry all hours of the night, or dont mind 2 weeks for maintenance to fix ...

something, lying about fixing it and never showing up at all, or like having no parking because tenants has 2-4 cars per apartment and they dont move it because they dont go to work, or like toilet always backing up into the tub (even though you havent used it), or like the pool barely opened during the summer hours are 12p-7p and thats if they dont close early or open late or at all, or like sidewalks never shoveled and icy, or like the electricity going out at least 3 times a month, or like buildings and your apartment smelling like cigarette smoke or fish. Ive voiced my concerns and complaints to the office and the emergency number since day one but each person always says to call the other but they are fast to raise the rent every year. also they dont call this the top of the hill for nothing, be prepare for your apt to be on a slant.

Office staff is great and always willing to try and help out, while the maintenance crew is terrible. When there is an issue, they take weeks to come out- only to look at what is wrong, and then take even longer to fix it, hanging out at the workshop in the meantime, doing things they would be fired for if the managers actually paid attention to what goes on here. Cant stand the Matience Man Scott have got in numerous conflicts with him he is very UNPROFESSIONAL and makes me feel very uneasy ! My car has been towed numerous times. privacy, The Matience people and staff are noisy and know all residents business and personal life ! There just so much more i cant even ! But on a positive note the new office manager and her assistant and the other lady Stefanie that is in the office on the weekend are sweethearts and i felt i could relate to them so much when my car got towed for the 5th time because of Matience man Scott they were compassionate and understanding ! I really love the new office manager i feel like she is people person now only if they could work on revising the Matience team here.

This is a wonderful community to have your family of all ages live. The staff, from the Regional Manager, the Property Manager, office staff, as well as the amazing maintenance staff all care about the property and their residents. lateral move from a 3rd floor to a 2nd floor apartment, and they were truly amazing. They made sure our new apartment was upgraded completely. The new apartments are beautiful!!!! It was like moving into a new house. The apartment is spacious, a lot of closet space, plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen and bathroom. The balcony's are nice to be able to go sit out in the mornings and have your coffee and in the evenings and just relax because it is peaceful. They have a playground and a pool, which is great for families. The grounds are kept up beautifully. It is absolutely wonderful!!!! I would recommend Top of The Hill to everyone and anyone. Again, the staff is amazing, the complex is amazing and we love it here.
