It is conveniently located near the 101 and the 118 freeways and many local shops, like the newly build Westfield Center, The Village. It is also easily accessible by the Orange Bus Line. Quiet and safe, but minimal perks
October 2, 2015This is a nice place to live because the neighbors are great. Its very quiet with no loud children to wake you up by running around on the weekends. It's a small community, so everyone knows each other and looks out for each other. The apartments are small with minimal storage and no balcony's, so it can seem cramped at times. The décor is decent with new appliances, floors and countertops. There is little natural light, so it is hard to see unless you install a lamp at every corner. The pool is ...kind of a joke, and is more like a pond and no hot tub. We are constantly fighting over the few washing machines available, and even worse there is no prepay or quarter machines. The only nice amenities are the newly installed gas BBQ grills. So all in all its a peaceful, but boring little place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Best place to live
August 8, 2015Best location in the valley. Quick access to 101, 405 and 118. It's by far a perfect place to live with it's beautiful spacious apartments with black appliances and granite in the kitchen as well as granite in the bathroom. Hardwood floors on the first floor and beautiful berber carpet on the second floor. There is a pool and lounge chairs in the courtyard as well as two granite bar-b-que grills. Very quiet and private surroundings. Quick access to Topanga Westfield Mall, Warner Center, Super ...Walmart and plenty of shopping and attractions. Pet friendly. Once upon a time...
August 17, 2015There are too many plumbing issues. If we ask for service on legit concerns, we are asked if its serious or not... I would say our sink overflowing onto the floors is pretty serious... Used to be a great place, but rent is unreasonably over-priced when there are absolutely no improvements to the building or vicinity. They are only concerned about filling in empty apartments rather bringing in respectful decent tenants.Review from Apartments.com
