The surrounding neighborhood is busy and can be loud at times as the apartment building is across the street from the park, small shopping center, and is located on a busy street, but once you enter the complex, the outside noise goes away. It is quiet in the complex with nice friendly neighbors. The apartment is a perfect size for me and my son. Lots of closet space and large bedrooms. The kitchen is a bit small, and the cabinets are a little old, but definitely workable. On-site laundry ...

Large 1 or 2 bedroom units with central a/c. Neighbors are nice, and the overall upkeep of the building is good. Newer rentals are being upgraded with new cabinets and granite. Probably the lowest price you'll find in the valley especially for the size. 1000-1200 square feet. Overall I enjoy living here.

I moved across the country, which has lent me many new experiences. Back home, there were such things as sub zero refrigerators and ice makers and overhead lights in every room, but there were also things like humidity and winter. Our apartment is cozy and very much a bang for our buck.

I've been living at Topanga Terrace since March of this year. I had an insect problem when I first moved in but my apartment manager Nejla was on it and I am thrilled to say that issue is no longer! Besides that, the building is clean, neighbors are quiet, the rooms are truly spacious and they have began upgrading some units.
