June 12, 2024This apartment complex is infested with roaches, floors in apartments are breaking apart and buckling, trash all around the complex, toilets not bolted down, black mold in the air conditioner, extremely poor management by Lofty Assets! Avoid at all costs!Review from Apartments.com
Great place to live
February 29, 2024I have been here since 8/2020 and they have treated me and my family great! Jen is always super helpful, professional and responds very quickly to any concerns. I def recommend Topaz Oaks if you are looking for a plcae to rent in Callahan.Property Manager Responded

Multiple issues
April 19, 2021The place has went way downhill since being taken over by new owners. Grass is never cut, parking for tenants is out of hand, no maintenance is done in a timely manner but maintenance man is always on site and just sits at the office talking or smoking or driving around. This place has never been so junky as it is now.Review from Apartments.com
