June 12, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThis apartment complex is infested with roaches, floors in apartments are breaking apart and buckling, trash all around the complex, toilets not bolted down, black mold in the air conditioner, extremely poor management by Lofty Assets! Avoid at all costs!

Multiple issues
April 19, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comThe place has went way downhill since being taken over by new owners. Grass is never cut, parking for tenants is out of hand, no maintenance is done in a timely manner but maintenance man is always on site and just sits at the office talking or smoking or driving around. This place has never been so junky as it is now.
