Great community
June 6, 2024We love Evolve at North Shore! Everyone in the front office is super nice and helpful. The complex is well maintained. The amenities are amazing! The pool has plenty of chairs and so far has never been crowded. We never get bored here and feel like we’re on vacation there’s so much fun stuff to do. Price is very reasonable considering the amenities that are provided. We highly recommend this apartment complex!Property Manager Responded

Don’t Do it!
May 16, 2024This place has been a nightmare since day 1! I don’t even know where to begin! Way over priced! Rent due on the 1st, eviction notice starts on the 6th and eviction by 6pm on 10th day if not paid per letter. Rent goes of 5% each day your late. I’ve never seen anything like it. Dogs are DNA tested! Dogs pop is dna tested and $250 fine charged to resident if they don’t pick up after their pet (not so bad of an idea) $150 for backyard fake grass that is hard to clean when you can’t get access to ...the water hose. Don’t always get the emails and then if you miss an email it’s always fine to get the surprise visit from maintenance and when you refuse get your door slammed in your face! The place isn’t even close to being full and pool is packed at times so it’s not even going to handle full community. Libby in the office is so sweet and not fake so deal with her when you can. Other than that, you’re better off renting a house! Do not let your rent pay accidentally get messed up like ours did from the first setup! Then you get to go bring cashiers check each month! We are sitting at about 13k in about 4 months that’s with move in cost and rent for the months.Property Manager Responded

Gorgeous Place & Best Customer Service
November 27, 2023I was helping my son, a Marine, secure an apartment when he was set to move out to Camp Lejeune. I first of all have to say Nikki is absolutely amazing. Not only is she very helpful and attentive, but she REALLY knows this job and the industry. This is a brand new location and she is very passionate about seeing it get launched and has high regards for the company. I have a background in real estate and have purchased brand new homes in the past so knew what to ask, this place is going to be ...wonderful. What is helpful is that they have a sister company that they are modeling which is how these places do it, so even though it's just now coming together you can see what it will look like. It's like a building recipe they follow. Just think how wonderful it would be to be able to move into a place that NO ONE HAS LIVED IN BEFORE. No worries about prior smells; lack of cleanliness; broken down appliances (some other places have rave reviews about how great their maintenance person is but that just tells you there are issues). Another huge benefit to consider is that construction technology gets better and better when it comes to insulation and noise levels. This building is being put together using the state of the art technology. The only negative I can say is that my son's orders got transferred and he now is not going to be transferring to NC. I am sure once people start to move in and the word gets out there this place is going to fill up fast. Again can't say enough wonderful things about Nikki, so if you have any questions at all for her I'm sure she'd be happy to help.Property Manager Responded
