Absolute Gem!

Located off a quiet road close to the beautiful Spanish Fort High School campus, Toro Ridge is nested on a hilly bluff arranged like a little 'village' and surrounded by a wooded preserve. The apartments are extremely well built and meticulously maintained, spacious, and so well laid out. There is a private driveway wide enough for two cars and a garage for each apartment. With quaint small front porches as well as screened back porches and/or patios for outdoors conversations and private grill ...
outs, these are more homes than apartments.
They are designed and attached in groups of four-plexes maximizing privacy and transmitting almost no noise from neighbor to neighbor. Then there's curbside Garbage pick-up (with your own garbage can) and no dumpsters or compactors.
The resort style Pool and Pool Area is always clean and inviting and along with other amenities it adds quality and luxury to this wonderful community which has a friendly family yet quiet atmosphere.
I could go on and on and almost write a commercial for this wonderful, wonderful place, but I will conclude by adding that the real secret of Toro Ridge Patio Homes success is the Staff.
From management to maintenance, they are so wonderful, friendly, competent and they will spoil you.

My family has really enjoyed living here for the last six months. The staff here are great at their jobs and know how to treat people. We have been treated like family and that's important. The apartments are spacious and laid out nicely. Halloween is a joy here as well due to the amount of people that participate and the decorations they put out. If you like what you have read then you'll definitely like living here.

We moved here in April and fell in love with it, it's perfect for a safe and secure dog walks in the evening and neighbourhood is just the perfect size to make new acquaintances.
The Facilities are well managed and Eliza & Jodie make it a very welcoming home to all residents.
The pool rarely gets busy so it's perfect to relax and chat and looks stunning.
We regrettably moved out in December 24 to our own home, but Toro Ridge will always be close to our hearts.
Move here and you will not be ...

We moved in 3 years ago due to the selling of our 4,500 sq ft home. Downsizing was a blessing! The management team is amazing! They are always kind, prompt to respond, and like family! We enjoy the pool, quietness of the community, convenience to places, our work, and cleanliness of this complex. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. We are thankful to call Toro Ridge home for this season of our life.

Hurricane Sally displaced us and we needed a short term place to stay. 4 years later we are still living at Toro Ridge and love it. The management is very responsive to service requests. Management lives on site and available. We are so pleased we stumbled on this gem!
Highly recommend living here. Location is amazing, easy access to the interstate and shopping. Love that each unit has its own garage.
Pool is well maintained, yards manicured often and very family friendly.

I've lived here for six years, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The apartments are spacious with high ceilings, making them feel very airy. I always feel safe here. Maintenance issues are addressed promptly, and the management staff is consistently available for any issues, questions or concerns. The community calendar of events always makes me feel welcome and engaged. I'm truly happy to call this place home.

1.) Super slow response time if you need anything repaired.
2.) The one time I asked to have drain unclogged they tell me it will be the end of the week.
3.) The cabinets, fridge and dishwasher are old and dingy. The floors are not installed correctly with gaps.
4.) Management team stole my trash can for over a week and didn’t return it because they thought it should go in the garage or water trenched muddy back area.
5) Very Expensive Rent for what you get only positive is it’s extremely close ...

We have lived here for 3+ years now and absolutely love it! The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The property managers and maintenance team are all so nice. If anything ever needs to be fixed, they are there the same day. It’s so great always seeing people out and about in the neighborhood, enjoying the scenery and amenities as well. Plenty of side walk and grassy areas to walk your pets, and the dog park is great for some off-leash time. Also, can’t beat a cup of coffee/tea by the pool in ...

So glad we moved here! It's nice and quiet, neighbors are great, and the staff is helpful and kind. We have a 3 bed 3 bath and it doesn't feel like we're living in an apartment complex. I love that we have a driveway and an attached garage, feels more like a house than an apartment. Very close to shopping and anything you might need.

This complex is truly a hidden gem. The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and lovely. We haven’t found one negative thing about living here. The manager and her staff are amazing and bend over backwards to see that we are well cared for. I hope we never have to move from here.
