Located off a quiet road close to the beautiful Spanish Fort High School campus, Toro Ridge is nested on a hilly bluff arranged like a little 'village' and surrounded by a wooded preserve. The apartments are extremely well built and meticulously maintained, spacious, and so well laid out. There is a private driveway wide enough for two cars and a garage for each apartment. With quaint small front porches as well as screened back porches and/or patios for outdoors conversations and private grill ...
outs, these are more homes than apartments.
They are designed and attached in groups of four-plexes maximizing privacy and transmitting almost no noise from neighbor to neighbor. Then there's curbside Garbage pick-up (with your own garbage can) and no dumpsters or compactors.
The resort style Pool and Pool Area is always clean and inviting and along with other amenities it adds quality and luxury to this wonderful community which has a friendly family yet quiet atmosphere.
I could go on and on and almost write a commercial for this wonderful, wonderful place, but I will conclude by adding that the real secret of Toro Ridge Patio Homes success is the Staff.
From management to maintenance, they are so wonderful, friendly, competent and they will spoil you.
