Mediocre At Best
September 20, 2015The price we pay for a 2 bed 2 bath isn't bad at all. They've since raised prices so we won't be staying another year here. When you first move in maintainence is very speedy and efficient. After being there for a little, Maintainence takes a while to show up when there's issues. Paying rent is very inconvenient. The apartment office is at a completely different complex about 15-20 minutes away. It's nearly impossible to get in touch with the office when you need something it takes forever to ...finally get the local office and not a call center in a completely different state. Overall it hasn't been the worst experience of my life, but I won't be renting with Morgan Properties again in the future.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
