Ok...but not worth it.
September 26, 2015Good things I want to say about this apartment complex is that they are affordable, it comes with a free stackable washer and dryer, it is in a good location right off of hwy 183, and the apartment itself is very spacious. The problems I've had; roaches, roaches and more roaches. Their contracted exterminator comes out to spray often but the number of roaches seen crawling on top of everything does not decrease. There is a serious infestation. When maintenance is called they may or may not ...actually fix what is broken. I've had a leaky faucet that has never been fixed, a dishwasher that I can't use,and A/C that leaves much more to be desired since I've moved in. Online payment can be shady and beware of the fees they charge. If you're late, be prepared to be a lot of money. They are currently remodeling the complex, it may seem appealing but move in at your own risk.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
