New Management Making Big Improvements
December 11, 2023Mt. Pleasant had been going downhill the past year or so, but the new manager (Greg) and his team have done an outstanding job since taking over just a couple weeks ago. The old management company did not have any staff on site, which made it impossible to monitor how things were going. Greg is now on site every weekday and is very friendly and helpful. They have also started painting the exteriors of each building and I am excited to see how everything looks when complete!Review from Apartments.com
Totera Ridge Apartments
October 18, 2018I have lived here 4 1/2 years. Management and maintenance are really rude. Office manager loves to gossip, so don't tell her anything you don't want spread thru the complex. Nothing is ever fixed, or fixed right. My bathtub is so old it looks dirty no matter what I try. So I've never had a bath here, showers only. The apartments are bad for mold, but they will not admit it. My building and the one across didn't pass inspections. You're probably think, why didn't you move? When you are on a fixed ...income you hardly have enough to make it through the month. So you can't save anything to move. If you like excitement then this is the place for you. And I'm not talking good excitement. I even got to the point of being able to Irecognize the drug dealers cars. And nothing like opening your curtains in the morning and seeing several police cars.
