Great Staff But...
July 15, 2024Staff is super helpful and friendly! Very nice apartments, but sadly they don't have any designated EV charging areas and do not allow you to use outlets around the apartments to charge EVs. Unfortunate, considering how eco Friendly the community in Marquette is!Property Manager Responded

Great Service & Caring Staff!!
March 13, 2024The staff at Tourville Apartments in Marquette, MI were so very kind, caring and worked extremely fast in getting all the required paperwork processed. Because of their generous, thoughtful help and guidance, my daughter was able to move out of a toxic housing situation and into one of their spacious, very clean, well kept, professionally managed, and safe apartments. Natalie, being so friendly, was able to bring our stress level of having to find a place for my daughter to live way down. Working ...with her was very pleasant…she thought of everything and helped guide us in the transition from a house to an apartment so smoothly. We were able to get everything completed from start to finish in 3 days! Thank you Tourville Apartment team in Marquette, MI for all you did in making this worried mother feel at peace in knowing that her daughter is in a much better environment!!Property Manager Responded

Best Apartments in Marquette County
June 7, 2020Tourville Apartments are the best in Marquette County! Rent is affordable and many great amenities are included such as the gym, sauna, pool & hot tub! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, including maintenance which is always very fast! I love being so close to downtown Marquette and the heritage trail.Property Manager Responded
