Bad parking
July 10, 2025Not enough parking. Only one space per apartment. Parking rules not enforced. Some apartments use up three to four visitor spots. People use motorcycles and visitor areas to reserve spots for cars. Makes it very difficult to find a spot to park at night. Apartment is in good location next to Safeway walking distance to a lot of things. Complex is also quiet and safe.Property Manager Responded

Rude and Unprofessional Management
April 5, 2022Management picks and chooses what parts of the lease agreement to enforce and picks and chooses who to go after. Neighbors have vicious dogs, have several complaints for domestic violence but they're perfectly fine. Changes their minds about things every time you talk to them, get any demand or request in writing so they can't change their mind the next day. If you ask about why they're going after you for something but not enforcing something else they get angry and rude, like how dare you worry ...about your safety. Poor Customer Service & Illegal Activity
June 27, 2017If you like dealers living next door to you, then this is the place to live. The mgmt. is a joke and treat current tenants and prospective tenants like dirt. Narcotic's officers frequently target this complex and the police are called daily. Hermiston has dozens of places to live/rent, so take my advice and................... DON'T LIVE HERE, UNLESS YOU LIKE DEALERS & ILLEGAL ACTIVITY.........Property Manager Responded
