The apartments are very nice, safe environment with top notch security. I was very impressed with the model apartment and when I got my keys to my 3 bedroom I found it to be excellently cleaned and smelled like fresh paint. The walls are a beautiful color that really make the apartment much more homey than white walls - neutral putty in tone. Large kitchen that was cleaned to perfection as well as the bathrooms. The garden tub in master bath is GREAT! My neighbors have been quiet and ...
friendly. My experience with the staff (I spoke with 5 in total DOZENS of times) was nothing short of a pleasure. I have never dealt with a property management company that whoever you spoke with they were ALL consistently professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and KIND. They all went the extra mile to help me and my 10 year old son get into our home. It was not an easy process for me but they treated me like I was important and went above and beyond to help me get our apartment in a time crunch. Even when I was frustrated I was met with understanding and professionalism. I had one issue with a knob in the kitchen that I accidentally pulled off which resulted in me having to turn off the water under sink. Maintenance came in a timely manner and fixed the issue right away. I was equally impressed with the service, professionalism and quality of the maintenance managers work and conduct. Very happy with my experience with everyone at Tower Ridge Apartments and grateful to be in our new home.

Worst Apartment EVER!

I have lived in multiple apartments in multiple states due to being moved around a lot with a military background. This is by far the worst apartment I have ever been to. If you value your safety and value your time please look elsewhere. The management and staff are a joke. Unfortunately I have to give them at least one star or it will not post a review. Let it be known that one star is more than they deserve.
