July 29, 2024I'm leaving after only 1 year of renting and don't recommend living here for the high rent, safety concerns, near constant partying, and some questionable tenants. If you would like details of why I don't recommend living here with so many better choices out there that are much cheaper, here you go: 1. If you love to you party, you've found your people. There are parties pretty much every week in the apartments and at the pool next to the leasing office. If you work and don't want to be ...disturbed by drunk adults playing music loudly and screaming at 3AM on a weekday like they're in college still, don't live here. 2. The review about someone having their car broken into isn't fake. I have walked by multiple cars that were broken into in broad daylight. They claim there is a patrol service but that is not true. They only come if called and even then, they don't come for hours and you have to call again because they genuinely don’t care and don't want to drive out for any reason. 3. Rent is extraordinarily high for no reason. Appliances are ancient and die on you. The surcharges are excessive. You will pay anywhere up to $140+ in additional charges to your rent. They charge you extra fees for submitting your rent payment, even if you use a debit card. 4. There are many chill people here but, unfortunately, there is way too many questionable ones that taint the experience. I've had to call the cops more times than other rental because of someone being strung out on drugs screaming that they're going to murder their romantic partner while prowling around at the early morning hours. It happened over three separate times. There are many other incidents of partying that got so out of hand I had to call the cops (screaming and aggressive arguing/music so loud it shakes your walls/lighting fireworks, etc.). I'm a dog owner and I've come across leash-less dogs more times than I have fingers and toes. One of them ran on my dog and got on top of him. I got flipped off by the owner afterwards. That isn't the last time another dog tried running up on my dog while the owner just stood there. Dog owners be wary. I have got many, many other reasons of why you shouldn't live here. Run. Run away as fast as you can. Don't live here if you value your cash and sanity.Property Manager Responded

Great Experience!
August 22, 2023We were recently in Las Vegas looking at different communities as we plan to relocate from New York in the new year. We went to several places where the agents were not very friendly and rushed us because of when we were moving. We drove by Tower At Tropicana and stopped to take a look. Sheri was very professional and friendly during our tour. She showed us a vacant unit and we were trying to figure out if our furniture would fit. She offered to take us to the furnished model so we could get a ...better idea of what it would look like furnished. She showed us all the amenities and explained the application process and everything we needed to know. The property was very clean and well-kept. We went on many tours while there and this was the best experience we had. Sheri was so great and personable and addressed all our concerns. She even followed up with us a few times to see if we had any other questions. None of the other places we went followed up with us at all. No Longer a Luxury Apartment Complex
May 25, 2020I used to like living here. Maintenance was always quick to respond. Then new management came in. Who cares about yoga classes when you add padlocks and chains to the mailroom? Is this a ghetto? We can't access our mail on Sundays or on holidays or after 5pm? I have never lived anywhere that restricted access to the mailroom. If you work day shift, forget about getting your mail for the five days that you work. And hope you're not off on Sundays or holidays.Property Manager Responded

I can assure you that although we had new management take over 2 years ago, the onsite team has been the same for over 10 years. The fitness center was closed and locked to the public due to the directive from the Nevada Governor due to the pandemic, we were not allowed to keep this open. As for the mail room being locked after business hours, we had to do this for necessary repairs, this was only for 5 days and it has been reopened now for the past week. We did communicate to all our residents that we would be happy to accommodate you if you reached out to our office. Please feel free to come to us if there is anything we can do to make your stay here more comfortable.

They want your money!
May 14, 2019I've her over a year and it really wasn't anything special I just liked the layout with 2 master bedrooms. One HUGE thing for me when I rent is having a friendly accommodating front office and Here you will not receive that type of treatment AFTER the sale. They charge you for unnecessary things. For instance, (the biggest charge) upon my move out instead of giving me my safety deposit back they charged a pet fee? I HAVEN'T HAD A PET IN 6 YEARS! And was sent to collections without notice? I have ...to say I have never felt so conned in my life! I typically don't like to write bad reviews but from this place I would RUN. Decent place
January 6, 2018Decent place to live. Staff OK. Maintamce OK. Few break ins property seems to keep being bought and sold last few years. Rent has gone up every year between $30 to $50 a month last. 4 years we been here. Gym not.free. for residents .it. is gated with a guard on bike when u see him. Don't want to leave!
April 1, 2017I absolutely love my apartment here! I've been living here for 6 months now and feel like I can give a proper review. When moving to Las Vegas, I had only a short time to find an apartment and settled on another property just down the street that was 'alright'. But before leaving town I stopped in here to see if they had anything available, which they did. It cost a little bit more than the other property, but it has been well worth it! The interior of the apartments are beautiful, especially the ...kitchen. The ladies in the office are extremely nice. Our 1 repair request was very fast and non-stressful. The property grounds are quiet and peaceful. I feel very safe and have nice neighbors. We also really enjoy the BBQ's around the property as well as the hot tubs.
