Incredible Living Experience at Tower on Piedmont
March 30, 2026I’ve had an amazing experience living at Tower on Piedmont. The apartments themselves are beautiful, well-designed, and comfortable—but what truly sets this place apart are the views. They are absolutely stunning and never get old. The service here is top-notch. Every single staff member—from the concierge team to the leasing office and everyone who helps show apartments—has been consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. It really makes a difference knowing you’re supported by ...such a great team. Clinton, our manager, is truly exceptional, one of the most personable, professional, and kind managers I’ve ever had in an apartment community. He always greets you with a smile, makes you feel comfortable, and is 100% there for you whenever an issue arises. His presence alone makes living here feel welcoming and well-supported. I also really ...appreciate the cleanliness of the buildings and the peaceful atmosphere. It’s a quiet, well-maintained place to live, and any maintenance concerns are addressed quickly and efficiently. Additionally, the concierge team is wonderful. The second-shift concierge, in particular, is awesome, friendly, professional, and always willing to help. He truly stands out and adds to the positive experience. A Place to Call HOME!
June 30, 2025I've been living at Tower on Piedmont for over four months now, and I can genuinely say the experience has been amazing. The staff is outstanding-every single person I've encountered has been so kind, helpful, and welcoming. Price and Ricky are hands down the best maintenance team I’ve ever had. They’re quick, reliable, and always go above and beyond to take care of anything that needs attention. Asia at the concierge is an absolute gem—her smile is always warm and welcoming. She is so helpful ...and always lets me know when I have a package. I love the peace of mind knowing my packages are secure in a locked room only the concierge can access. The leasing team has been just as wonderful. Devin helped me move in and was so patient while helping me find the perfect apartment. Tavia and Clinton have also been amazing! Every time I see them, they’re friendly and genuinely helpful. Finding a new place to live is always a little nerve-wracking! So much of your experience depends on the management team.
