carpeting in the hallways. Administration is friendly and helpful. Building offers valet (2 dollars for most of the day, 4 dollars overnight). You have a pool area, jacuzzi, bbq area, tennis area (2 courts). 1 parking per unit I believe (I have a 1 bedroom). Pet friendly ($300 per dog, $200 per cat). You have pet areas for walking and for doing their business. Near the administration office you have a movie room with vending machines and a couch (yeah... A movie room..), a ping pong table room, a pool table room and a party area in the back with fully functional kitchen, bathrooms and upwards of 20 tables with chairs. The gym. The gym is amazing. All the machines appear as they have less than 2-3 years of use. All great condition. 2 desperate rooms (one for cardio and one for weight lifting). You also have two bathrooms with showers and a sauna ( I never used it but I have turned it on and it works). You have three washing machines and 3 dryers on each floor plus a small storage facility with lock style Honestly and truthfully this place is amazing.. as a renter. I do not know if I would own an apartment here because of the constant renovations that are done (assessments.. Capital A on Assessments). But as a renter it is an excellent place to live and I highly recommend it. Matt
