February 19, 2025I have lived here for over 2 years. It’s very quiet, centrally located in the Columbia area and the neighbors are friendly. The staff is very helpful, and maintenance is great. April 24, 2024I have lived here for a little over a year. It’s very quiet, centrally located in the Columbia area and the neighbors are friendly. The staff is very helpful in resolving and responding to any questions or issues you may encounter. I am not accustomed to apartment living but this has to be one of the best available with some smart home capabilities, utilities included and pets allowed.
