We are conveniently located near shopping, dining, Green Lake, Woodland Park Zoo, University of Washington, Shilshole Marina, Golden Gardens Park and I-5. Comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports are accepted at this property. Please be advised that we reserve the right to request you complete an application for screening by our own vendor. No amenities here (just apartments and a small parking garage), but the apartments are spacious and comfortable. Units are very well maintained and the building as a whole is kept up very well. Don't expect to keep your deposit.
January 25, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comLived there for 11 months... management was fine until moveout. We had great management for the first 5 months. Then beloved C. went to a different job. Didn't have a manager for quite some time, finally got a new manager D. D is nice to your face, and will fight to keep all the deposit. I have never had a deposit withheld from me before until this apartment. We were given a checklist to clean, and we spent days filling the checklist (it was over-the-top; clean each individual blind slat, ...which we did). We rented a professional carpet cleaner & shampoo from Home Depot. When it comes to get our deposit back, the items on the checklist were simply declared "not up to our standard" and deducted. We are furious at them telling us to use a professional carpet cleaner, then charging us anyways! Live here if you don't want your deposit back. Location is good, fun things to do across the street.Read More
