I’ve been a resident of Cortland Town Center Apartments for almost four years now and would highly recommend this community. Proximity to Town Center is great, Maintenance and Office staff are hard-working and courteous, and it’s generally a pretty quiet place, considering how many people live here! I love my townhome apartment and its bayou view — it’s a great place to live!

Great location of a well designed and decorated facility with competent and resident friendly managers and associates. It’s close proximity to store allows us to walk for groceries and personal services. Our gasoline bill is half what it was before we moved here.

When we originally moved to Kingwood, we rented an apartment with the plan to eventually move into our own home. It has been over 5 years and we haven't moved. We have loved living in thus community. It is in the center if Kingwood, the school district is excellent, and the sense if community we feel is what makes us feel like we don't want to leave. I can't say enough good things about living here.

The only complaint i'd have is that we've complained 4-5 times about the tenants in the apt. above ours about them being so so very load. They play music v. load (not so much volume as that their bass is probably on floor and vibrates our whole apt. and they do this at all times sometimes in middle of the night. We talked to the gentleman that used to be in our apt. and he said that is why he moved to new apt. but in same complex. I told my wife to quit complaining because I didn't want her ...
to get a bad reputation about complaining and beside hasn't done any good to complain. Heck I ask my downstairs neighbor if we make to much noise and I'm sure the people do it on purpose upstairs. I mean half the time it sounds like they are jumping across the floor so I know they do it on purpose.
