Charged me 360 dollars for a window that I didn’t break!
February 29, 2024Don’t come here !!! They are very bad! Be aware of renting with them!! 1- they charged me with 360$ only to change the glass of a broken window that fell by itself! And they didn’t accept any explanation. 2- they once requested a check of 10 cents otherwise I can not move in the house, even though I paid the full amount on the app. I had to leave my job early (Half day PTO) only to get them a check with 10 cents. 3- they once added an extra fee that I wasn’t aware of, and they placed a letter ...on my apartment door saying that you will be evicted if you don’t pay the amount in 3 days!!!! They are very rude and you can’t negotiate with them, and they will force you to pay whatever they believe is okay. I would never recommend this place !Property Manager Responded

Awful management
September 26, 2023As someone that gets along with everyone, the management here was completely unacceptable. I have seen them yell at residents including myself multiple times before. I’ve witnessed two dog fights here and have seen dog pee left in the elevator multiple times.Property Manager Responded

Would Rent Here again
May 25, 2023I lived here for a year the apartments are beautiful, the complex’s location is so convenient. Several large shopping centers with major stores in them less than 10 min away, when my cat needed anything I did not have to go far. Very very clean complex they really care about the image and cleanliness of the complex.Property Manager Responded
