Berry farms is a great place and community. There are restaurants and a grocery store in walking distance. The Location is excellent as well.

Love, love, LOVE living here! I want to live here for the rest of my life!! I especially love the walkability and beautiful grounds everywhere. The people are lovely, the office staff is the best.

Living here feels like stepping into a peaceful, storybook community where everyone greets you with kindness and a smile. The sidewalks are scenic and everything you need is just a walk away, from coffee shops and restaurants to grocery stores and Pilates studios. This will be my fourth year living here after trying so many other luxury apartments. We’ve made friends with many here, and as I liked the original administration, I’m very impressed with the new one. It’s quiet, safe, and full of families, singles, retired couples. Great mix.

Love living here I love being able to walk everywhere I wanna go The leasing staff are amazing very helpful in everything and have answers to all the questions. Plus, I’ll go in every afternoon with my dog Stella and they treat her like she is theirs
