November 11, 2023The new management is full of it. They are just as bad. They have had 7 different managers in a year. The place is infested with roaches. The managers claim they are doing “what they can”. The application process is all but seamless and they are lairs!Review from Apartments.com

Grills don't work, fire pits don't work, No AC in gym since I've been here in April, car care center broken, security doors broken, no video intercom, media room closes and 5pm and is closed on weekends, garbage all over, dogs poop outside and no one picks it up, hallway dirty, dog urine in stairwell and the Odor is horrible, dog barks below me non stop at all hours, you can report to management all you want. NOTHING IS DONE. Fees for water sewer and garbage are ridiculous and ...go up every month. Every day this place gets better with her here. I see great things to come with her. This place would have stayed amazing if they kept management like her from the beginning. May 28, 2022During the process of preparing to sell our home I started checking options for clean, reasonably priced apartments. The manager, Meagan, assisted me. I had LOTS of questions and was very skeptical initially. Meagan patiently answered all of my questions, walked outside with me to tour and point out the differences and similarities of the different buildings in the complex and the awesome amenities. The hallways and elevators smelled great as I noted air freshener plug-ins in all of the ...corridors, a rare sight to see!! The gym was fully equipped, spacious and clean, with updated equipment, varying weights, and multiple large flat screens mounted throughout. The pool area was clean with plenty of pool chairs, 2 elevators in each building, secured entry for residents. I toured a 1 and 2 bedroom unit in 2 different units and they were immaculate!! Updated light fixtures, gorgeous marble countertops, nice finished cabinetry, and tiled bath and kitchen floors and backsplashes. I can honestly say that I was very impressed, especially because they are priced so that an average working person could comfortably afford to live here. Affordable but luxury living! Worst customer service ever!
December 10, 2021This by far is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was approved to move in to this complex two weeks before move in day, I moved out of my home and packed my truck the day before moving to this establishment. The day of move in day they began then told me they wanted to push my move in date back because the manager needed to approve of my income which was already approved being that I was approved two weeks in advance. Even still I provided all the necessary documentation asked ...for so that I could still move that day because I was then facing displacement. Stay away!
August 9, 2020I moved to this apartment under the impression that it was a high quality apartment complex. The place is a dump; it never gets cleaned and it smells. Residents don't give a ---- and trash the buildings and grounds. Kids leave their stuff everywhere and block exits. People's dogs go to the bathroom in the hallways and stairwells and don't pick up after them. Then again, they spill/drop trash everywhere and don't pick that up either. Staff have done little to resolve issues and there's no ...enforcement of anything. Maintenance takes at least 1 week to respond and doesn't usually resolve the issue well. The building has not had AC in the halls since we moved in 3 months ago. It's literally 85 degrees. And the noise... beyond the resident issues, there is a live band that plays for 6 hours EVERY Sunday. There is NO escaping it unless you actually leave the area. It's so loud I can't even hear my TV. I bought noise cancellation headphones but that only helps so much. The apartment did not notify us of this and has no control over the area. Sketchy people hang out in the park all hours of the day and night - just steps from our building! - and people blast music and trash the pavilion. It has literally been hell living here. Pet Issues
August 28, 2019This place use to be great but now I feel like I’m living in a freaking dog house. Everywhere you look there’s a dog barking at me. Either it’s down the hallway, on and off the elevator or just loud barking in the apartment. The apartment complex is filthy and disgusting with pet poop on the carpets, the stairways and even literally by the exits doors. I told the property manager and she doesn’t seem to care when I told here I want to move out she just shooked her shoulders like she doesn’t care. ...She give me this look like what you want me to do about it so here I am posting to the world. If you don’t clean behind your pets this is definitely a place for you. If you are a person that clean after your pets then I guess give it a shot. Almost Perfect Apartment
September 2, 2015This is the perfect location. There are shops within walking distance and the Village at Sandhill is only 10 minutes away. The common areas are well maintained and staff incredibly helpful. The community is so well lighted that it feels like daytime at night. The living room and kitchen are very open and have quality features. The bathroom has a really nice garden tub and the bathroom cabinet has lots of storage. One neat design the apartment incorporates is a cabinet to charge your ...electronics like phone, tablet, etc. The only downside I have found is how long it takes for hot water to reach the kitchen and bathroom sink. Hot water reaches the shower in no time but the kitchen sink it can take several minutes.
