If roaches are okay with you
June 20, 2025Would not recommend renting with Peak managment the apartment was infested with roaches the walls were extremely thin and the shared common rooms were disgusting would not recommend renting with them ever againReview from Apartments.com
The safety of the residents
June 6, 2025Town & country do not care about the safety of the residents that are living here. There's a lot of drug activity on the property. When I went inside my building there was 13 or cans in the hallway. Every chance to put up security cameras the police encourage them to do that but they ignore the situation. Dirty and Dangerous
September 13, 2022The property manager responds to all reviews so they're clearly aware of how dangerous and dirty some of their buildings are yet I haven't seen them do anything about it. If you want to live in peace and safety, go somewhere else. But if you want to live in a building where the locks are always broken and there are dangerous men in the parking lot then this might be the place for you.Property Manager Responded
