May 11, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI have been with Town and County for about 5 months, and I love my apartment. Very clean, relatively new, and upkept appliances. Nice flooring. The maintenance and staff are kind and helpful. Love the gym, basketball courts and courtyards. Only wish there were more exits throughout the compound, and not just at front. But overall really good experience so far !
Great Leasing Process

She made every single step so seamless, and was incredibly courteous and efficient. There were a few more fees at the end of the application, end of signing, and at the final appointment. They’re more than fair, I just wish I’d known. Gaby made it as easy as possible however, and made sure we knew all the options for payments, services, and any extras. So far though, it’s been ...completely worth it. I love my new place, and it’s clear that T&C is focused on service and convenience. I've left out ant baits and had the pest control come and still finding live and dead ants. Going to put in a request to have the Maintenance reseal my baseboards.

The safety of the residents
June 6, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comTown & country do not care about the safety of the residents that are living here. There's a lot of drug activity on the property. When I went inside my building there was 13 or cans in the hallway. Every chance to put up security cameras the police encourage them to do that but they ignore the situation. I would rethink before I would move here it's not safe for me.
