November 28, 2022Lived here for 2 years and now I'm no longer a resident, it wasn't the best place but they have started remodeling so hopefully that helps. However, I'm yet disappointed because I never received my administrative fee of 199.00 back, its been since September and I haven't received my security deposit back as of yet. I've left several emails and messages and still no payment. This is not good business. I paid rent on time four 2yrs, never late and this is how im treatedProperty Manager Responded

Great management, remodeled
August 8, 2022I just moved in and I haven’t had any issues yet I am thoroughly happy with the level of detail that this property has to offer including new landscaping that’s about to come up and new painting all around the building and the apartment doors and how the new apartments are remodeled and this property is getting a whole facelift! This is the quietest apartment I’ve ever lived in and everyone around me seems so nice! Close to parks and sidewalks, grocery stores and the mall!Property Manager Responded

Not worth the money!
May 14, 2022Originally I moved in knowing it wouldn’t be the best apartment cause it was cheap for the area but omg it’s so much worse than I expected. When the new owners took over I was hoping for some upgrades but not a more than 10% raise in my rent when renewing. I also can’t get maintenance to come out to save my life but they’re constantly remodeling old apartments in another building. I’m not even paying market price for my apartment and I cannot wait to leaveReview from Apartments.com

February 18, 2017I think of them as my family. I have been unhealthy since moving in, but never ceases to amaze me how on top of things they are when things can or if they go wrong. If you call the office, or just drop in always guaranteed a greeting smile, hello, couldn't ever ask for better service in a staff. As far as maintenance, the friendliest bunch of guys you could ask for. If problem in middle of night they get out of warm bed, jump too it. What people need to keep in mind is it's a big community, they ...have to things, rated highest in priority to the lowest, patience is a virtue. They will not forget about you,sometimes it does slip on by just takes a friendly reminder, because we are human, they have never done me wrong. October 24, 2015I live here currently and every building has roaches, there's trash in every hallway, the neighborhood is NOT safe! The neighbors have no boundaries and walk in when they please! Front doors are broken, laundry room is disgusting (used condoms on the floors). This is the worst place I've ever lived and that's saying a lot because ive been homeless before! Good from inside, bad from outside
September 12, 2015If you don't care about anything outside your home, then It could be what you are looking for. Good size apartments, cheap rent consider that everything is included except electricity. Outside is so dirty that you will be embarrassed to invite anyone over. the stairs carpet never been changed. Neighbors dry off their laundry on the stair rails which gives the entrance weird smell.Review from Apartments.com

August 16, 2015These apartments are spacious and I love how close they are to downtown Wixom and Novi shopping centers. Our little family feel safe and comfortable in these apartments.
